Our journey started on the first day of chiropractic school and led us to something bigger than we ever imagined. With the right mentorship, a bold ask, and a shared vision, we opened our first practice—then realized we weren’t meant to stop there.

Our vision is simple yet BOLD: we want to help a select group of chiropractors open 300 offices, each thriving with at least 300 maintenance patients. The number 300 is more than just a goal—it’s inspired by the biblical story of Gideon (if you’re not familiar, we highly recommend giving it a read). The name “Victory” also comes from this story, representing the journey of overcoming challenges and achieving true success.
For us, it’s not just about building a business—it’s about genuinely serving our community. When we first opened our doors in Abilene, Dr. Emily and Dr. Alejandro hit the ground running with 61 new patients in our very first month. By our second year, we were blessed to hit 7 figures in sales. Our growth allowed us to bring on 2 incredible associate doctors, expanding our ability to serve even more of the Abilene community.
Since launching our first office in 2021, Dr. Alejandro Elias, Dr. Emily Elias, and Dr. Jered Wayland have been on an exciting journey of growth. What started as one clinic has expanded into multiple offices across the country—all driven by our mission to make a lasting impact and help others find their path to victory.
