THE CHIROPRACTIC COACHES BEHIND PATH TO VICTORY
During their internship with Dr. Wayland, who had been building successful chiropractic clinics for over 13 years, Dr. Alejandro discovered what a high-volume, highly profitable chiropractic practice looked like. He fell in love with the systems, the culture, and the impact on patients’ lives. However, one major hurdle stood between them and their dream of opening their own chiropractic clinic: funding. After much prayer and discussion, they asked Dr. Wayland if he would fund their practice startup. To their surprise, he agreed - and Path to Victory was born.
This pivotal moment made them realize that their mission was bigger than themselves. Recognizing that many chiropractors needed the same support - whether to open a new chiropractic clinic from scratch or to acquire and revive a failing practice - they created Path to Victory: a complete chiropractic business coaching system to help 300 chiropractors build successful, patient-driven practices across the country.
Meet the doctors
Dr. Jered Wayland
Founding partner
Dr. Wayland spent more than a decade building successful chiropractic clinics before Path to Victory existed. He's the reason the first Victory Spinal Care ever opened. When Alejandro and Emily came to him with a plan and no funding, he backed them. That single decision became the model this whole company is built on, and he brings that experience to every clinic we open or acquire.
Dr. Emily Elias
Co-founder
Emily is a practicing chiropractor and the operator behind the systems. She runs operations across the Victory Spinal Care clinics: hiring, training, accountability, and the daily rhythms that let a practice run well when the owner isn't standing in it. If you partner with us, she's the one making sure the systems actually get installed instead of just handed to you.
Dr. Alejandro Elias
Co-founder
Alejandro is a practicing chiropractor and the reason any of this started. He interned under Dr. Wayland, saw from the inside what a high-volume practice could actually look like, and has been building toward it ever since. He leads new clinic openings and acquisitions, and he's the doctor most partners work with directly on choosing a market and structuring a deal.
Why we do this
We know exactly what it feels like to want a practice and not be able to get to one. Someone bridged that gap for us.
Our mission is to do it 300 times over: 300 chiropractors owning their own practice, each serving at least 300 active maintenance patients.
