Partner With Us

You didn't spend eight years in school to spend the next thirty working in someone else's clinic.

Path to Victory partners with chiropractors who want to own. That means one of two things: opening a practice from scratch, or buying one that's underperforming and turning it around. We've done both, and we'll walk you through whichever one fits.

Where most chiropractors get stuck

No path. You're good at the work, and nobody ever taught you the business. There's no obvious step from associate to owner, and the years keep going by.

No capital. Student debt and no ownership track record. The money looks like a wall you can't get over.

No plan. You could open one, or you could buy one, and you have no framework for choosing which, or for telling a good deal from a bad one.

No one to ask. Every problem is the first time you've seen it. The expensive mistakes are the ones nobody warned you about.

No leverage. One doctor, one set of hands, one town. Everything grows with your own hours and nothing runs without you.

No exit. You end up owning something that only works when you're standing in it, which means you can't step back and you can't sell it.

Every one of those is solvable. None of them are solvable alone, and quickly.

Two ways in

Open from scratch. You pick the market. We hand you the playbook we used to open our own clinics: location selection, build-out, hiring, pre-opening marketing, and the systems that fill a schedule before you ever adjust your first patient.

Acquire and turn around. You find a practice that's stalled, or a doc who's ready to retire. We help you evaluate it, structure the deal, and install the systems that make it profitable again.

Why partner with us

We're chiropractors, not consultants who've never adjusted a patient.

When we opened Victory Spinal Care in Abilene, we saw 61 new patients in our first month and crossed seven figures in year two. Since 2021 we've gone from one clinic to multiple offices across the country. Dr. Jered Wayland had been building clinics for over a decade before we ever opened our doors.

The goal is 300 chiropractors owning their own practice, each serving at least 300 active maintenance patients. That's the whole mission, and it's why we'd rather partner with you than sell you a course.

Who we look for

Ready to own. You want to open or acquire and lead a team, and you have a clear picture of what your clinic will do for your community.

Committed to the craft. You're serious about chiropractic and about building a high-volume, high-retention practice.

Patient-first. You understand the business follows the care, not the other way around.

Coachable. You'd rather run a proven blueprint than spend three years reinventing one.

The bar

We're selective, and you deserve to know where it sits before you spend time on an application.

You're a licensed chiropractor, or you will be within a year. New grads, associates and current owners all fit. Someone who wants to own a clinic without practicing in one does not.

You'll be the doctor in the chair. This isn't a passive investment. You'll adjust patients and lead a team, and you'll be in the building.

You're ready inside of twelve months. If you're three years out, read the guides and come back when it's closer. We'd rather talk to you then than manage a maybe for two years.

You're flexible on market. The location has to be able to support the practice. If there's exactly one town you'd consider, that limits what we can build together.

You'll be straight with us about money. You don't need it all figured out. How a practice gets funded is one of the first things we work through together, and we can't do that if you're not honest about where you actually stand.

You'd rather run a proven system than defend your own. Coachability matters more here than raw talent, and it's the thing that most often decides how the first year goes.

Character over credentials. We'd rather have fewer partners than the wrong ones.

What happens after you apply

  1. You send the application. Ten minutes. Mostly where you are now and what you want to build.
  2. We review it. If it looks like a fit, you'll hear from us within a few business days.
  3. Discovery call. Thirty to forty-five minutes, both directions. You're evaluating us as much as we're evaluating you.
  4. The model and the numbers. If we're both still in, we walk you through exactly how the partnership is structured: what you bring, what we bring, and what the economics look like.
  5. You decide. No pressure either way. Plenty of good chiropractors aren't a fit for this, and that's a fine outcome.

This probably isn't for you if

  • You want passive income and don't plan to be in the clinic
  • You're shopping for a course to buy rather than a practice to build
  • You want someone else to run it for you

Not ready to talk yet?

That's fine. Start with these instead, and come back when it's time.
